Garlic Asparagus
Serves 2

Ingredients :
3/4 lb asparagus (aprox 10-15 stalks)
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Garlic Vinegar
1/2 tsp Garlic, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp water

Directions :
Pre-het oven to 350 degrees. Trim asparagus bottom ends. Toss all other ingredients and mix well. coat aspargus with mixture. Place aspargus in glass dish. cover and bake 10-15 mins or until tender.
Serve .
