Glazed Ham
Serves 6-8

Ingredients :
1 8-8lbs Ham Shank
1 20 oz Can Sliced Pineapple in syrup, cut in half
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
2 TBSP Dijon Style Mustard
4 TBSP Orange Marmalade
1 TBSP Honey

Directions :
Set oven on broil. Place ham in shallow pan. Surround with pineapple. Lightly pour maple syrup over ham. Broil ham for 8 mins or until lightly browned. Reduce heat to 375 degrees. In a small saucepan, mix remaining ingredients and heat on low heat until melted. Mix well. Pour over ham and bake 25 mins. Serve.
